Return of Products

The Racole Free Return service in 30 days does not affect the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance commerce, but complements it, for the benefit of Racole customers.

General conditions for returning products sold by Racole

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. Make sure that the product is not protected by passwords set by you and that you have deleted any accounts you have defined so that the product does not contain any personal information and can be brought back to the original software version.

The return is made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor) and all the documents with which the product was delivered.

The product must be accompanied by the accessories and/or gifts with which it was delivered.

If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.

Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical or electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted if you have uninstalled the operating systems or other programs present on delivery, if the products have activated OEM licenses.

If there are products in the return package that are different from those in the completed form, after the package has been checked by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.

Steps to be followed for the return:

  1. Complete the return form , ensuring that the product complies with the return conditions above.
  2. In the form, choose one of the return options: refund of the amount paid for the purchase or exchange of the product.
  3. After approving the request, Racole will send the courier to pick up the product you want to return.

Product categories with special return conditions

  • Fashion (clothes, shoes and others)
    they must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn, without stains or tears
  • Personal care products (including Cosmetics or Maternity)
    for reasons of customer health protection, these products cannot be returned unless they have been used, unsealed or tested
  • Sanitary consumables (protective masks, gloves, disinfectant, etc.)
    they can only be returned if they are sealed
  • Mattresses (all products sold and delivered by Racole )
    can be returned within 30 days of delivery of the order, provided they are wrapped in plastic wrap and not torn or visibly damaged.
  • Small appliances
    if they have been unsealed and tested by the customer, they must be returned cleaned and sanitized for the return to be accepted
  • Light bulbs, flashlights, extension cords, sockets, batteries, accumulators and chargers
    they can only be returned if they are sealed
  • Headphones in ear they cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. They can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
  • Music & Movies, Office & Stationery, Software Licensing, PC & Console Games
    they can only be returned if they are sealed
  • Resealed products
    regardless of the category they belong to, they can be returned according to the conditions specific to the product category

Return to the Racole showroom

If a product is returned directly to one of the Racole showrooms and the money back is opted for, the refund will be made according to the method by which the initial payment was made.
